RawFireKitchen ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have. We follow the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

Free tips sign-up: your first name and email address.

Purchases: checkout is handled by our store provider (Shopify) and its payment processors. They collect your name, email, billing details and payment information. We never see or store your full card details.

Emails to us: if you contact us, we keep your message and email address so we can reply.

How we use it

To deliver the guides you buy, send the free tips and occasional updates you signed up for, answer your questions, handle refunds, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent for marketing emails, on contract to deliver your purchase, and on legitimate interests to run and improve the site.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We only share it with services that help us run the business (website hosting, email delivery, and Shopify for checkout), under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Sign-up details are kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept for six years for tax purposes.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw consent at any time. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
